Everyone has their specialty. We’ve built up our knowledge in telecommunications, and clients usually come to us because they want to work with experts. We make sure to give personalized support, so whether the request is technical, administrative, or commercial, we’re there to help. Honestly, I heard great things from a few clients who had switched to Mixvoip. I thought, “If they’re that happy, maybe there’s something special going on here.” So, I looked into what Mixvoip stands for and what they offer.

The team is efficient, and there’s a genuine human touch across the board – from implementation and sales to support. That’s so important because we’ve worked with larger companies before, where it was hard to reach anyone directly or speak in our native language. In the past, working with them often made us feel like just a number, with no common goal. In contrast, Mixvoip has been a true partner, fostering a sense of teamwork that we deeply value.
Are there any trends or client needs you’re seeing in the Belgian market?
In Belgium, we still see a lot of physical PBX systems. I feel that the full potential of newer technologies hasn’t been fully embraced here yet. Companies in telecommunications really have a role in educating clients – maybe helping them explore cloud options in a transparent way. New technology can make companies more efficient and help them save money. It’s our job to advise them and compare options. I genuinely think it’s important to help businesses see what’s out there and understand the advantages of moving to the cloud.

Which project has left the biggest impression on you since you started working with Mixvoip?
The first project we worked on together was for La Signature Immobilière.
They had been using a different cloud solution with a few limitations. With Mixvoip, we optimized their setup so they could be reachable remotely, whether through mobile or PC with a cloud-based solution. We really enhanced the cloud solution to make the fixed telephony mobile. Plus, the personalized support allowed us to get everything configured precisely for their needs. The biggest benefit for them was cost savings – they didn’t need a dedicated receptionist, which effectively virtualized the secretary role. They wanted something simple to manage, and we delivered a custom, flexible solution. Yves Deffo from the support team at Mixvoip put it perfectly: “The configuration stops at your imagination, within reason.” You can tell there is passion, like at IT’s CLEAR.

For us, Mixvoip’s mindset has been important. We tailor solutions to each client’s location and needs, and Mixvoip gets that.
