To support our growing operations, we are looking for a DORA Compliance Expert to ensure our services meet the new Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements and its broader implications for digital infrastructure.
Position overview
As a DORA Compliance Expert at Mixvoip, you will lead the implementation of DORA regulations across our operations. You will work closely with various teams to develop, implement, and maintain resilience policies and frameworks to safeguard our systems, services, and infrastructure. This role requires a solid understanding of the technology landscape, regulatory frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.

Key responsibilities
- Lead DORA compliance efforts: Oversee the application of DORA regulations within Mixvoip's operations. Ensure that all processes, systems, and teams align with compliance requirements.
- Operational resilience strategy: Develop and maintain a robust operational resilience strategy to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
- Risk management: Identify, assess, and manage potential risks related to cybersecurity, third-party dependencies, and service disruptions, in accordance with DORA.
- Policy development: Create and enforce policies focusing on cybersecurity, risk management, and operational resilience to meet DORA standards.
- Collaboration & training: Work closely with the security, IT, and legal teams to ensure a unified approach to compliance. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on DORA requirements.
- Auditing & reporting: Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance and prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulators, ensuring clear communication of resilience efforts.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes: Stay informed of updates to DORA and other relevant regulations, advising the organization on necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
Required qualifications
- Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Law, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in compliance, cybersecurity, or risk management, with a focus on operational resilience and regulatory compliance. Experience in ISO27001, PSF, GDPR would be welcome.
- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of digital infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Analytical skills: Ability to identify risks and provide strategic solutions to ensure compliance with complex regulations.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into actionable guidelines.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or equivalents are a plus.
