Alarm Messaging and Location (AML) with Gigaset
AML stands for Alarm Messaging and Location. It is a sophisticated solution designed to enhance communication, safety, and operational efficiency. Gigaset AML allows for real-time alarm messaging and precise location tracking, making it ideal for environments where rapid response and accurate information are critical. DECT telephony remains the standard for mobile communication in facilities like hospitals and care homes. The Gigaset multi-cell system ensures institution-wide, uninterrupted coverage and staff accessibility.
Gigaset AML enhances DECT systems by providing detailed alarm functionalities. For example, an alarm triggered in a patient room via the nurse call system can be accurately assigned to the DECT device of the responsible staff member, allowing for immediate action. Alarms are directed to the appropriate DECT devices, ensuring rapid response. The included MQTT interface supports up to five priority levels, distinct ringtones for different alarms, headings and body text, color-coded icons, and the ability to respond to alarms via softkeys.
